Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at JUST BE SLIM by private customers and business customers.

Contractual partner
The contractual partner is Digistore24 GmbH. This company acts as a reseller of the diet products and is your contractual partner. We act as a vendor and provide the product. We are not your contractual partner.

Copyright law
With the purchase of this digital product, you as a customer acknowledge the copyright law and agree to respect the intellectual property rights of the author. The digital product may not be copied, sold or otherwise disposed of. The acquired user right is not transferable to third parties. Unauthorized copies and unauthorized resale of the product content are strictly prohibited. If this is found to be the case, the resulting damage will be legally enforced against the customer.

Product costs
The starter product is sold at a fixed price of $0.80. All additional products are sold by subscription. There are additional monthly costs, which are shown on the sales page and on the order form. In addition, each customer will receive an order summary by email for each order. Any costs due to chargebacks of credit card or direct debit payments, have to be paid by the buyer.

Final provisions
Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid or void in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the contract, insofar as one of the contracting parties is not unreasonably disadvantaged thereby. Amendments or supplements to this contract must be made in writing.
